For some reason now that I want to deny storage permissions, the pop-up isn't appearing anymore when I plug in my Link cable. I've tried restarting my PC and Quest, tried removing and re-adding my device from oculus on PC, and tried toggling on and off developer mode and then restarting again. Don't know how to get rid of storage permissions now.

To check, delete the C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Oculus folder, then relaunch the Oculus app. You will have to re-login, then reconnect your Quest 2 (I did this through airlink).
