Under my online account view, going to Account > My Devices > Device Overview, a 3G network extender still shows up on my account. For some reason, nobody for the past 3 years knows how to remove it. Every single agent keeps telling me "rest assured, it will be removed". It's been 3 years and multiple attempts.
