I have found that the server actually restarts not at the exact time that you put into messages.xml but approximately that time plus 8-10%.so if you want your server to shut down after Y minutes you need to solve the equation X+ (8-10% of X)=Y and put X in the messages.xml file. If the server starts at 12p locked and wont change, 2 hours or 5 hours wont show night time. Yes loot from b4 will still be there but alot more added to it.
