Im on a mac from late 2013 and I can run melee at 60 fps. I'm wondering what settings i can change in order to improve the water graphics in twilight princess. I also had a similar problem with the mario painting in luigi's mansion. Thanks ... same problem for me. I played through all the water parts on the outdated dolphin 4.0 and it was fine.

I'm using Direct3d11, DSP HLE, V-Sync desactivated, 1080p resolution, 8 samples anti-aliasing and 16x antistropic filtering. Twilight Princess FPS drop. For the past 3 days, Twilight Princess has been stuttering. Around 23-26 fps for most of my play time, and actually only goes back up during the cutscenes. Before that, it was perfectly fine. I even tried the Hyrule Speed Hack, and it didnt really do anything.

All of those have some a number of low textures. While Pandora's Tower and Last Story have partial texture packs, the texture choices in those are not great. It needs your attention to detail!
