Definitely try to get through UW Pulm/CC/Cardiology if you haven't yet. There just aren't that many surgery questions and the surgery shelf is very medicine heavy. DeVirgilio's is case files on steroids for surgery. I never got anything out of case files but DeVirgilio got me a 90% or something on the surgery shelf.

I think 85-90% (raw) of the exam is preppable, but the last 10-15% is random ass nonsense within crit care, neph, GI, or card medicine that is extremely hard to get right.
