My advice: Learn 6:0 with the bowfa on accurate. This makes the bowfa match the game ticks of a crossbow on rapid which this method was designed for.

Essentially you tile mark bandos' room and run between those tiles. On the 9:0, each cycle you'll manage 9 hits on bandos while he hits you not at all. Assuming you do not fuck up. The 6:0 is a faster pace more difficult method. Same idea that your running laps around the room to different tiles.
