There was an "FCW System Failed" warning message in the dash. Starting the car and staying put, there's no warning lights. Once I drive off, the lights come on. This is just hypothesis but if the camera for the FCW/LDW is not placed exactly where it should be on the windshield, there might be some tweaking necessary. Now as I write this maybe the camera is attached to the mirror stalk which may also be "glued" to the windshield.
