2023 MDX with Lane keeping Assist Questions. In our other car (2019 VW Atlas) we had Lane Assist that keeps us from moving out of the lane. The car would "fight" and not let you switch lanes without a turn signal on and a clear path. In our new 2023 MDX it lets you switch lanes and barely gives an audio or visual warning.
Look at the indicator in the mid display between gages to see if the lines are solid or dashed. If not solid it can't get a good track, ur not going fast enough or the corner is too sharp for it to work. If solid and not working in straight line with visible lane markings when going 50mph+ then bring it to the dealer. Turn on the general power for ACC/LKAS, don't start cruise, but instead push and hold the "Distance" button for around 2 seconds to turn ACC off and have standard cruise.
