To name a few good Supers of the top of my head, Deadly Dance, Super God Fist, Super Mad Dance and Super Dragon Fist. Like I said before you can pretty much use anything in PvE. As for Ultimates, there isn't many options. Dragon Fist works well in PvE, I haven't had any enemies vanish out of it. Justice Combination is pretty reliable.
