I waited 24 hrs and still the same message. I try "resetting" password and it asks me for my security questions. I know these answers to the questions to be correct. I am trying to set up a new fiber account. I went through the process on my phone but was never prompted with the actual correct domain for my user ID but it would not let me create an ID without "@blank.com" It wouldn't take my gmail so I guessed and typed in att.com at the end of my user ID.
