Just optimization isn't up there yet. Yuzu is the way for now, 3060ti here and get 2x 1440/4k even docked mode at solid 60fps, lowest dips is 55ish. Roaming up north pass rito village with all the snow and blizzard and still crazy smooth with no slowdowns. Using the new dynamic 60fps patch not the static.

if you are using a dynamic FPS mod, then all you need to do is use an external framelimiter like RTSS. You can also just set game speed in general tab to 75% if u are using the 60fps mod Or 150% if u are using the the 30fps one. If you use cemu you can easily hit 120fps with no issues.

yes, you can run the game at a locked 60 if you have the hardware to do so. but just because BotW can run well doesn't mean TotK will. there is a good chance that Nintendo's developers find ways to better utilize the Switch hardware. until the game is actually out, there is no point in testing anything. 3.
