I think you can just put the settings xml file on paste bin. I haven't done anything special really. I just downloaded the botw graphics pack, ramped everything up to ultra. Chose the 60fps++ option with seafrosts graphics option. Then in nvidia control panel lock the fps to 60 for cemu.
CEMU has gotten to a point where it is extremely well optimized. I can run BOTW on a First Gen Core i7 980 perfectly fine, so you should be good, at least for 30 fps gameplay (which is the normal speed for this game). Cemu actually has a lot of cool stuff built into the emulator for BOTW. These settings are found in the "graphics packs" tab of CEMU.
