Download the latest version of sigpatches from this link. Extract the contents of the sigpatches zip file to a folder on your computer. Insert your microSD card into your computer using a card reader or adapter. Delete the atmosphere and sept folders and the hekate_ipl.ini file from the root of your microSD card.Once you populate the keys you can use the "Loader", "ES", "FS" and "NFIM" tabs to generate the files. Ok so my switch is running latest sigpatches and running latest hakate. No matter what shop I use tinfoil downloads of games and updates will show 0mbps download speed for a moment then fail. I’ve tried reinstalling tinfoil, checking for updates on sigs and such but no dice. Previously downloaded tinfoil software still works tho. Any ideas?

It's almost always Sigpatches but sometimes it can be corruption of the sdcard's file system (exfat doesn't play well with homebrew.) If you want to go the restore emummc route, you just overwrite your current with a backup or make a new one from your Sysnand, just like you did before.
