In the Federal hull I would try the fed 20S1 or clone to stop powder migration unless you shoot them right away.

However, the windjammer 20 ga. wad looks promising, if you can find any. Some of the Euro wads are said to have 1 oz. shot cups but they don't look like they will hold an oz. of shot to me.

There's a single 1 ounce load in Remington hulls using AA20 wad and HS-6 in Lyman 5th Edition Handbook.
