Yep, he goes nuts and u have to kill them all and somehow it feels wrong, but you get to know the location. The part you've missed maybe is the Key on his body, actually Triss should find it.
I'm lvl 10 and I am on Count Reuven's Treasure as well as Ciri's Footsteps and some other quests. I have about 30 hours, but some have been from being afk. I'd just like to know how far I'm in.
