No. High speed cameras capture video at, say, 1000fps then slow it down to 24/30/60, which is what makes the "slow motion" effect. It just has a frame for every 1/1000th of a second, so, for example, 1 minute of stuff happening becomes ~40m. FPS doesn't really affect game speed unless the physics are tied to it.
