Jul 26, 2019 · The AAMC full length passages are the closest thing to the real deal overall. To me, the QPacks were not very useful other than to identify obvious content gaps. The section banks were the level of the harder passages on test day, but definitely were within the ballpark of things that showed up. So far the AAMC has put out five full length practice tests: one unscored test and four scored tests. The unscored test (called the Sample Test) gives you percentage scores for each section but not your scaled scores (118-132 and 472-528). The unscored/Sample Test is much less useful because it’s not as representative of the real test.

I'm honestly scoring worse on the section bank than on uworld. Section bank kicked my ass and I consistently hit 512-513 on AAMC FL. No you should not. Just focus on learning. Take what I say with a grain of salt since apparently I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer with a 507 FL5, but yeah they're really hard.
