I have been using a replacement camera with part# 95760-2W000, which will fit, but is for the model with navigation (which I do not have). I should have been using part# 95760-2W150 which has the distance lines built into the camera.

Either way, a hard reset of the radio may clear the issue. However, in my case the black lines gave way to the blue screen. So dealer just swapped out the camera and it has not come back since.
