It was always a fun job, met my 3 best friends at that restaurant. Sunday mornings $140-$200 Sunday nights $100-$150. I mostly work the service well so this includes tip out. Generally between $300-$400+ per 4 hour shift. For me, once I hit $100 and I can breathe a sigh of relief, but I can usually guarantee $200. The thirty minute rule is actually that employers can't take a tip credit (i.e. pay you $2.13 an hour instead of $7.25 an hour, or higher amounts in most states) for the wages of a tipped employee when performing more than thirty consecutive minutes of work that does not directly generate tips.
