If it takes enough force to break a crank shaft to remove it (they're doing it wrong, but that is another story) it sound like the flywheel spun on the crankshaft. Ok, first locate the diff on the rear axle. Now looking at the rear diff from the right hand side. There should be 3 bolts holding a rear gear case cover on, remove those first to access the lower part of the diff. After exposing the entire diff, place an oil pan under the rear diff and begin to remove the bolts in this sequence.

After replacing it I hooked a test light to the ground and tested the hot wire (blue wire),which had a light which proved power was getting to it. Then when I hit the 4wd button the light went out which showed the hot wire was no longer getting power. Same as when sliding it into diff lock. Then once the 4wd button is disengaged, power returns.
Apr 4, 2023 · Hi, We have a LT Z50 4-stroke with a tuning kit, including Dynatek CDI. It started to run a little weak so I checked the compression then I changed the piston. Now it idles but nothing more happens when I accelerate. Have cleaned the carburettor several times, nothing wrong with it, also adjusted valves, checked p-brake switch ok.

The way it seems, i can buy all of it for $11 and put in .2, .5, .7, 1, 1.2, 1.5, 1.7, or 2 mm of shim. I've heard that some can only use 1.5 and others can do 2.Just rebuilt a 400 from the crank up. It runs great but on a cold start seems the choke works than doesn't. To clarify, cold start: apply full choke, turn it over starts right up and revs a bit, pretty normal so far. Then it will run for a few seconds and die, as if I turned the choke off. I can start it with or without the choke using the ...Once again, I much appreciate the feedback. Jan 30, 2017 · Check the carb vent line to see if is clear if it has one. Recheck float height and that float needle is seating properly. Make sure the pilot screw is adjusted to specs. Make sure clip on needle is in correct slot. Went through 3 plows and 3 winches with my 05 and traded it in for my 2014 with power steering. Both have been problem free, and I haven’t been easy on them.My other choice would be a Yamaha Grizzly.

Going to look at an 06 King quad 700 in like new condition for $4000. Also looking at a Polaris 500 sportsman 2008 for the same price. I ride an LTZ 400 great quad but need more comfort. Wife rides a Polaris sportsman 500, it's ok. Constant white smoke coming from exhaust. Hi gang. Hope all is well. Finally got my 92 Suzuki 250 LT-4WD running well. New electrical front to back (solenoid, CDI, rectifier, battery, etc) and have new carb kit in which was professionally installed and tuned to factory spec by authorized Suzuki dealer mechanic. Lots of torque, clean shifts.2005 King Quad 700 (6000 miles/10,000 km) will not start in temperatures under 20F/-7C (it turns over and you can hear it firing). It will hard start from 20F- 40F when you add a little throttle while starting it. Once warmed up after a couple minutes, it will idle fine and run good under any temperature conditions and restart fine if turned off.
