IMO, desirable rivens ( soma, boar, etc) will always have a higher asking price than lets say kulstar or kunai. then again, stats like crit chance, crit multi, elementals ( especially elec or toxin), status, etc are very desirable on any riven. Things that kill a riven's value are negatives like - damage, crit, status, etc.
