Hi, I own a 2013 Cadillac XTS and ever since I got it, I experienced no problems with the CUE system until a few days ago when all of a sudden the lower half of the screen is totally unresponsive (I touch it, nothing!). Motion sensors appear to work just fine. I tried the unplugging of the battery thing, nothing.Alright so I bought the 2.5 ATS a couple of months ago. I am very pleased with the car and the cue system is a gem to have. BUT, I've been having a problem with the voice recognition system. To put it simply, it's just not working. You will probably not see anything on CUE about a software update as due to some problems Cadillac is not sending a lot of over the air software update. If you do not align these, the screen will crack upon tightening. If a few screws don't align well, just leave the screws out to avoid cracking.The screen only needs 7 screws total to be perfectly tight.
