Locked at 120 fps with a 144hz monitor. I just bought a 144hz monitor and if I turn off v sync it locks to 60fps and if I enable it it locks to 120 but I think its supposed to lock at 144. Also my screen is tearing. maybe you gotta set 144hz under screen settings or amd or nvidia is set to 120.
