When i got to the preseason it says im still on the seahawks even though league transactions show im on the vikings.What I realized is the most recent Franchise I played is at the way end if you scroll all the way to the right and click "Autosave". Now I accidentally clicked the non Auto save version of that franchise, which was just the "start" mode of that franchise on day 1 of the preseason (despite having an autosave file that was ahead).
