KotOR has a really special place in my heart, but the story is very simple and predictable. That's perfectly okay, though. The films, afterall, were very similar, with blatant heroic vs. villainous actions. Even with an obvious twist, it handled it very well. You see a lot of games now like Fallout 4 where a twist occurs purely for shock value.
