The codes it pulled from that were P0300 multiple misfire and P0152 Bank 2 position 1 O2 sensor high voltage. I added some displays to the Torque app to look at my O2 voltages and found this - O2 bank 2 position 2 is at 0.0V and bank 1 is at 1.3V. The bank 1 sensors are right at 0.85 ish volts.

If you dropped any of the new plugs at any time, the porcelain on the plug itself may be cracked. Another thing is Spark plug gap VERY IMPORTANT .032.
