I did questions everyday and a week before the exam, I took the practice assessment. I got a low chance of passing. My overall performance was at a 47%, putting me in the 19th percentile. I didn't study at all the night before or the day of the exam. On the NCLEX I got all 145 questions, and I really thought I had failed.The second time, I used what was left of my uworld subscription to redo some questions, and I purchased Princeton review. I finished half of the quizzes on each of the 8 client need subjects on Princeton Review with 60-80% on all quizzes. I also used the ATI books (my school utilized ATI).
