Well I tested this out: In Browser view, select all cards (or per deck if you want to), then use Cards - Forget that makes the cards as new, this resets all the values for all cards and makes them new. With the default setting you will see a learned card again after 1 day, then 3 days, then 7 days, and so on. (Personally, I use additional learning steps so that I see cards again after 1 day and then not before 6 days before a card is considered as "learned", which works great for me so far and even more decreases the review time.
