Sometimes radios go into "safe mode" and this will reset it. If that doesn't work then it's your internal amp in the radio. Here’s what I did: Disconnect battery. Removed T15 screw on back of cruise switch. Removed cruise switch (had to work it around the horn trim, but I like that better than removing the air bag) Removed switch module from trim bezel and bracket.
