Dell monitor is blurry.
I've had this Dell for a little over a year and all of the suddent the monitor E228WFP. became blurry - graphics and pictures fuzzy, unclear. I've updated my graphics card driver, tried to update the monitor driver - not. much help. Also, tried to do a system restore and it wouldn't take. I'm hoping it is something fairly easy to fix.

Through three months of working with the Dell support desk, I have replaced the monitor multiple times, replaced the graphics card, and replaced the computer(for multiple reasons). I still have the same blurry fuzzy display. I have also tried relocating the monitor to make sure that there was no electrical interference. Help! P.S.
