Change without notice! Booked ticket May28,2021 and received booking details. On June 1,2021 received an email that my flight schedule was changed. Checked the changes and it was okay because It is still in the airport near me so I confirmed the changes. Trying to access there site to check the changes but I can not go through.

Airline cancelled flight, advised of 8-10 week refund time but that payment fees of AU$75 would not be refunded. I consider this fraud as any other merchants where there are payment fees/surcharges usually refund payment fees when a cancellation or refund takes place.
