For blitz primary. My best bet would be juggernaut to add. Juggernaut is mystic. Still could work, but just saying. Doesn't carry the mutant gene, got his power from the gem of Cyttorak. Juggernaut isn't exactly a mutant in the comics. His powers come from the gem of cyttorak, a mystical gem.
The answer to me is probably SSM, Anti-Venom, Cloak, Dagger, Shang-Chi/Scream. MuM definitely does not make it into the absolute best city team. He has his strengths, but will also be a liability for you when the X-23s drop on node 12. I used full symbiotes and can one shot all of city. With that said.They do well against Symbiotes, Avengers (as long as no Coulson), Asgardians (if ghost rider is the strongest character in the fight they can punch across), and Wakandans. Found them good against Ghost. Elsa and strange are key.. They are good against Doc Ock too.

Yes, wakanda is not apex raid team. They lack cleanser and tech wing is much better in ult7 now. Wave 1 is a dead team, especially now that they lost Thor, Hulk, & IM. HA is the way to go and they're needed for the War Scourge event. Ignore W1. Thor, Hulk, Iron Man and Black Widow have homes elsewhere and Hawkeye and Cap you can either use to fill a gap in one of the other W1's teams or put them in a SHIELD team.

The only real use for this team is in Alliance War mode. They won’t be able to perform well on offense or anywhere else. To negate that a bit, Infestation Trait was also added to the Gamma raids for the (Kree, Wakanda, Pym Tech nodes). If you have no need in a strong War Defensive team it’s best to ignore Infestation
