Looking to get a better understanding of Plex Transcoding. I have issues where not all episodes are transcoded out. It's like it's stuck on real-time transcoding. I have the "Transcoder default throttle buffer" set to 16000 because I don't want it to stop. This often works great where the entire episode will be buffered without interuption.
