Okay so I have a w.i.p. I brewed somewhat recently, because I'm a big fan of air and storm powers. Human Stormsoul Sylph Monk/Fighter. Whether mixing fighter + another martial class is appropriate for your table or not I can't say, ymmv. Fighter allows you to get into JH by level 4 thanks to starting with expert in unarmed strikes.
