Disclaimer: I haven't got my score back yet. My avg FL is 507 out of 7 BP FLs. 86 Page is more than enough. 300 Page is just too much imo. Scored 131 on P/S. I did the 300pg doc in 7 days, 8 days if you include the bonus material (pages 300-335). If you combine that with a lot of practice you should be able to score really well on P/S overall.I would like to further vouch for the KA 300 pg document. I actually read through the Kaplan PS book prior to taking full lengths, but it wasn't until the last couple weeks when I utilized the 300 pg doc that I began to see big increases in my PS score. If possible read both, if not then read the 300 page. You should be prepared to have some way to memorize the terms. Don't need the 300 page. The 300 page doc is essentially a transcription of the khan academy videos. It makes sense to have them up side-by-side, split-screen. You can quickly skim the transcript before watching a vid to see whether you know the content already, or if it's worth a watch. That's what I did anyway.

KA videos are gold standard imo. I felt the 300pg doc didn't go into adequate detail in some areas. Apparently that's herasy to say though. Good on you. I'm trying to flashcard about 30 pages a day and it is literally sucking the soul out of my life. Word of advice: do NOT use the Kaplan books. They will teach you unhelpful information compared to AAMC/KA content. I feel like I have to relearn material as I go through the KA doc. It is killer but will be worth it on test day no doubt.

The 300 pg doc is used to establish a comprehensive knowledge base. Doing UWorld problems is a more valuable use of your time if you've already reviewed a decent amount of p/s. The 100pg (86pg) document is way more condense and tries to fit in as much info on the page as possible. The 300pg document is far less dense, and everything down to the margins of the document show that it isn't exactly 3 times as much material.

If it's enough for you to understand what you're reading, just commit to learning it forwards and backwards.
