You cant just find them consistently, some guy made an apotheotic boss farm before on a large scale and was able to farm them kind of, otherwise id say look for apotheosis endermen bosses in the end if they spawn, they usually have 300 hp and are most likely to drop ancient affixes. Apparently the enchanting table can't read my bookshelves if they're covered by slabs. You need at around 9 hell shelves surrounding the enchantment table to allow for the infusion enchantment to show up. I tested it out just before replying to this. I tried infusing it while I had seashelves, which didnt work until i lined up hellshelves.
