The pay at ulta is good considering what minimum wage is. However they’re so tight on payroll that it doesn’t even compare. A lot of the PT associates are able to work once or twice a week at like 5/6 hr per shift. It’s awful. Even management doesn’t get FT hours because of it. Also, they recently added a NO OVERTIME rule.
