CQG, Rithmic and Dxfeed are pretty good bets. IQfeed is very reliable, but on the expensive side. Many futures brokers provide free data anyway (CQG or Rithmic) If you specifically need MBO then your choice is limited to Rithmic. IQfeed announced it as well. However, If you are not making money already, MBO won’t be of much help to your trading.

What I said is I don't like Ninja Trader as much as TradeStation or Tradovate. Rithmic data can be a little less reliable though.
