The barrel is not pinned, the cylinder is not recessed, and it has a 3 screw side plate. In addition, it looks like the gun was originally stamped 19-4 and then overstamped with the -5. The -2 after M66 in the model number indicates the second engineering change, which occurred in 1982 and lasted until 1986 when the -3 was released. The Model 66 was initially released in 1970. The full serial number is found on the butt of the grip frame. You will have to remove the grips to see it.
