Jun 15, 2022 · There seems to be some interaction between the mods Panzer/Sly/Crescent Devolution , Martyr Symbiosis and Tek Assault, where it becomes possible for the Vulpaphya to die, not go into the larval form and to disappear permanently Even if you yourself die and use up a revive, it remains gone. You lose the radar, loot pick up etc permanently too.
