Challenge of the Week: "Tortoise and the Hare". 125% player speed 50% ghost speed. Ez $3k. Yeah, trying to figure out the whole Tortoise and Hare theme. Players have sprint, seems normally, maybe slightly faster. Ghosts don't hunt all that often and when they did, they seemed like they were normal speed as well.
I doubt that they are faster in this challenge. I think it is because nearly all ghosts speed up in line of sight that u generally break by crouching when looping ghost for example in tanglewood or willows kichen so you experience them at base speed all the time.
