I applied for I-751 in Oct, 2017 and N400 in Oct 2018. I'm still waiting. I was scheduled for a combo interview this March but it was cancelled. My local office is Seattle. Many combo filers from Seattle are having the same issue. Recently they have been getting I-751 approved without a combo interview, after 2.5-3+ years since initial filing.N-400 (Citizenship) So my wife filed for I-751 in November 2018 (so more than 3 years now) and the case is still pending. I have a pending I-751 so I'm assuming they will do a combo interview. My question is does the spouse have to go to the interview with me? We have a 22 month toddler and we just had a newborn last month and we are not comfortable having someone else babysit them given the current environment, so my spouse may need to stay home with them.
