Its only $7/month, not a big deal, but it's the lies and misleading the customers, which I find very irritating, unprofessional, and desperate. I would suggest Urban Air should remove that obvious line from their web-site, "you can cancel your membership anytime....after the twelveth payment", I assume they are well aware of this selling practice.
