I see that NinjaTrader has an intraday margin requirement of $500 for /ES and $1000 for /CL. However, I have been using TOS for options and have been making the switch on there. When I papertrade futures to get the hand of it, I see that the margin requirements for /ES are roughly $6,900 and $3,500 for /CL to make a trade on TOS ("Margin ...tradovate is what i like the most is so straightforward, the biggest drawback is that you cant manage multiple accounts as seamlessly as you can on ninja.
