Reiterpallasch is more of a pure skill weapon. The only blood damage dealing attack is the gun shot, which doesn’t have the best scaling. If you go 50 in both stats, you can use pure skill weapons and bloodtinge weapons. Bloodtinge in particular needs lots of investment to shine.
