One of the better uses of it is Elixir of Giant Strength. Dump your Str down to 8, put most of your points into Wis, then Dex and Con. With Tavern Brawler, you'll get double str to hit/damage. Between level 6 OH monk and boots at the start of act 3, you'll also be doing double wis to damage. The alternative is Elixir of Bloodlust.
