So by my measuring I should be able to get a 6" larger tire. Based on the stock 265's (about 31") I can get a 37" tire to fit without rubbing and without modifications. As long as your not towing all the time there is really no need for a diesel in my opinion. My 6.2 is faster 0-60 than my cummins was it just doesn't have the low end torque of the diesel.
