The door looks to be a generic Menards door, and the jamb is rotting along on the threshold, both on the exterior actual jamb part and the part that is "inside" where it is flush with the door. I originally was going to try to just replace that section of the jamb but now that I have looked at it closer it looks to be a pain in the ass.
