Ok so Saturday I'm gettin ready to leave work, had moved the truck around to the wash bay, cleaned it up, brought it inside to do detailing on it. get done with that, start it and throws CEL and defaulted to max rail pressure. cleared codes in the truck, light instantly came back on. checked the fault codes and found the only code was p0090 for fuel pressure control circuit.Have been having a nightmare with my 2007 lbz. Truck has 155k and has been flawless. One day blew the p0090 Code. Took it to a reputable shop and had a couple weak injectors they wanted to fix first . they put in a new fuel pressure regulator and truck ran good for 600 miles. P0090 code came back and horrible fuel knock. Mechanic put in new cp3 andP0045 is a turbo solenoid circuit code. Disconnect the solenoid and put a test lamp across the solenoid connector when the engine coolant temp is colder than 65C, then start the engine and let it warm up to 74C. Truck starts up and sounds like its knocking then alms down a bit and sounds like a lb7 but fuel rail pressure stays around 20-23k there is no demand for it as the truck is idling. It's in limp at 2k hits a rev limiter.
