The only bow that beats dual hand crossbows is titanstring longbow (you need to use strength potions). Hill giant gives 21 str so +5, cloud giant gives 27 str so +8. Then you would need to dip into fighter for action surge, and war cleric for war priest extra attack. So 5 gloomstalker, 1 war cleric, 6 fighter.
